If the product is found to be damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request via Concave Craft (Company) helpline or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the delivery. The product should be received at the Company’s office within 7 days of delivery date.
Following return eligible criteria is required to be met before a return is initiated by the customer:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging / box. Our products are delivered in two layers of packaging; it must be returned in the same condition. Pleased do not put tape or stickers on the inner packaging box.
If the customer does not comply with any of the above conditions, the company reserves the right to decline the return or exchange of product(s), or to impose different or additional conditions.
After the quality check by the Quality Assurance team, if the product is eligible for exchange or refund, (subject to the availability of the product), the customer is given the option to exchange the product. If the customer opts for the replacement, the replaced item is shipped within 2 days.
If the customer opts for the refund, the process to refund into the customer’s bank account is initiated which may take 5-10 working days from the date of initiation.
Our return and exchange policy does not apply to the customized or made to order products.
Orders submitted online are processed immediately. However, if a product is not available or due to any technical issue, our website is unable to show “Out of stock”, our representative will contact the customer via call, direct message or WhatsApp (whichever is applicable) to confirm the order before processing it.
In case the customer’s phone number or email address is unreachable and no confirmation is received within 3 days, the order will stand cancelled.
- If the product(s) ordered by the customer is available in stock, we endeavor to process and dispatch the order within 1-2 days once the order is confirmed. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
- The estimated average delivery time for custom or made to order products is 15 to 75 working days.
- Once the order is dispatched from our facility, it can be expected to be delivered within 3-6 days depending upon the shipping address of the customer.
Please note that if the item(s) in your order are unfit to be dispatched due to any unforeseen reasons, such as civil commotion, unfriendly weather, flight delays or any other valid reasons, they will either not be shipped on the initially communicated date/time or will be shipped partially, wherever applicable. Our customers will be informed via phone, email or WhatsApp (whichever is applicable) in case a shipment is delayed due to any valid reason.
As of now, we are not catering international orders until further notice.
